Shoden, or “first teachings,” is the first level of training in the Usui Lineage of Reiki. This class opens your 3rd eye, and all of your energy channels, to begin channeling the Reiki energy. It is the course that includes the initial attunement and instruction on how to perform a Reiki Session on yourself and others.

Class times are 12pm-4pm both days.
