Shoden
Reiki level 1
Shoden, or “first teachings,” is the first level of training in the Usui Lineage of Reiki. This class opens your 3rd eye, and all of your energy channels, to begin channeling the Reiki energy. It is the course that includes the initial attunement and instruction in how to perform a Reiki Session on yourself and others.

Okuden
Reiki level 2
Okuden, which translates as the “hidden or inner teachings,” is the second level of training in the Usui lineage of Reiki. At this level, you become attuned to the energy of the Reiki symbols and learn how to incorporate them into your sessions. You will add depth to your knowledge and understanding of techniques for protection, mental and emotional healing, and how to send distance Reiki. This is the level recommended to begin practicing Reiki professionally.

Shinpiden
Part 1 Advanced Reiki Training
The third level of training in the Usui lineage of Reiki is called Shinpiden, which translates as “mystery teachings.” This level was reserved for students who cultivated energetic sensitivity, usually over the length of a few years. Traditionally, the student would receive an invitation from the sensei to continue on with their Reiki training. Some students would spend their whole lives practicing the Shoden (Level 1) and Okuden (Level 2) levels of Reiki!

* Become attuned to the Usui Master Symbol, which will enhance the qualities of the other symbols and create a noticeably stronger connection between your physical self and your Higher Self.
* Learn how to make a Reiki Crystal Grid that can send Reiki continuously.

* Meet your Reiki Guides through a guided meditation.

Shinpiden
Part 2 Reiki Master Teacher Training
This course is the second half of the Shinpiden, or “mystery teachings,” level of Reiki training. Some teachers refer to it as Level 3B, Level 4, Reiki Master, or Reiki Master Teacher Training. This is the course to take when you are ready to share this healing art with others.
