Okuden, which translates as the “hidden or inner teachings,” is the second level of training in the Usui lineage of Reiki. At this level, you become attuned to the energy of the Reiki symbols and learn how to incorporate them into your sessions. You will add depth to your knowledge and understanding of techniques for protection, mental and emotional healing, and how to send distance Reiki. This is the level recommended to begin practicing Reiki professionally.

Class times are 12pm-4pm both days.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

* Learn about 3 of the Reiki symbols. The Power Symbol frequencies are used for cleansing, empowerment, and protection. The Harmony Symbol Frequencies help balance the mental and emotional aspects of self. The Connection Symbol Frequencies transcend our Earth concepts of time and allow us to send Reiki across distances.

* Become attuned to these 3 Reiki symbols and the energies that attach to them

* Practice using the Reiki symbols within a Reiki treatment

* Learn all of the hand positions for giving a Reiki treatment
