Yesterday, the energies shifted again. I could sense some going deeper into fear, while others rose higher into light and love and the higher frequencies. In the downloads I received, it has never been more clear that right now is the time for individuals to finally free themselves from fear. When you are in fear, your frequency is lowered and you become more susceptible to the programming and manipulation of those who seek to control. This is just the beginning. We must stay strong in our light, in our highest frequency from within first.

With so much change and unknown given the current

With so much change and unknown given the current global response to COVID-19, I'm hearing the universal wisdom that we must stay strong in our light by not dropping into fear. I know this can be challenging as many are not just adapting to the rapid changes occurring, but having to discover new ways to find income, food, and shelter. Now, more than ever, we must come together in unconditional love and commUNITY to support each other in aligning with the new world we are currently co-creating. Each one of us has a unique role to play, and the way to discover what that truly is is by staying in your highest frequency possible. This is where my gifts come in.

For most of this week, I have been reflecting on how I can best be of service during these times. For now, I am still seeing clients one-on-one is Seal Beach, CA and hosting healing classes that are under 10 people. With Reiki, we do not have to physically touch the body. I am taking extra care to sanitize and clean my space and am following all the CDC Guidelines. When I'm not serving our community, I am practicing physical distancing by working from home. 〰️
For those who are not comfortable and/or unable to meet in person due to illness at this time, I am offering deeply Discounted Distance Reiki Sessions as a way to provide continued one-on-one support in navigating any challenges and/or for support in stepping into your unique gifts for the collective. There is no difference in the energy connection between us during these sessions. I find even more wisdom and information comes through me as there aren't the slower, lower, denser frequencies of the physical body. Give it a try and see how powerful it can be!

For enduring suffering only to rise, use your voice, and empower other womxn out of silence and fear to expose the imbalance and distorted masculine/feminine dynamic that is up for clearing now. May our journeys be an example of restoration of the divine qualities of feminine/masculine within, so that the expression of this individual balance can be experienced by us all collectively. May manipulation and control be replaced by unconditional love and respect as we rise together in commUNITY...in this New Earth we are ascending into now. 〰️

Duality is something I’ve struggled with in Earth school. This or that? Right or wrong? Good or bad? In releasing this concept and entering into non-duality, I’ve learned that there are infinite possibilities available to us in every moment...experiences greater than my mind could even fathom. The key is to continue to align with the feeling and frequency you desire to experience while releasing attachment to a specific outcome. Any and everything is possible in any given moment. Stay open and trust beautiful ones ✨🤍✨
